Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.

Cost

Standard shipping is $6.95. Orders of $110 or more ship free.

Delivery time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery then takes around 5–11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Duties and taxes

All import duties and customs fees are included in our prices. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can pause for a few days before a US carrier takes over the final delivery.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, missed deliveries or a refusal, we refund the items minus shipping and return costs.
