Help: Gift Cards & Promotions

Go to our E-Gift Card page, choose an amount from $25 to $200 and check out as usual. The gift card is sent by email once your payment has gone through.

Yes. On the gift card page you can choose to send it as a gift: add the recipient's name and email, a personal message and the date it should arrive. Or have it sent to yourself and pass it on.

No. KENZEN gift cards are digital only and are sent by email.

No. Gift cards can't be cancelled, returned or refunded, and can't be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Enter the gift card code at checkout, in the same field as discount codes. The amount comes off your order total right away, and any balance you don't use stays on the card for next time.

Yes, on everything at kenzen.shop, in US dollars. The only thing you can't buy with a gift card is another gift card.

You can add more than one gift card to an order, and pay any remaining amount with another payment method at checkout.

Yes. If you choose store credit for a return, you get it as a KENZEN e-gift card by email once your return has been checked. It works exactly like any other KENZEN gift card. See Returns & Exchanges.

Enter your code at checkout and the balance is shown before you pay. The link in your gift card email also shows the current balance.

KENZEN gift cards don't expire, so you can use the balance whenever you like.

Email kenzen@kenzen.shop with your order number or the email address the gift card was sent to, and we'll resend it to that address.

Check the spelling, the dates it's valid and any conditions that came with it, such as a minimum spend or excluded products. Unless a promotion says otherwise, codes apply to full-price items only and can't be combined with other offers. Still stuck? Email us before you place your order.

No. Discount codes, promotions and gift cards have to be applied at checkout. We can't add them afterwards or refund the difference.

You're refunded what you actually paid for the returned items. If the rest of your order no longer meets the promotion's conditions, such as a minimum spend, the discount's value may be deducted from your refund. Items bought on promotion can be exchanged like any other item.
