We start packing orders fast, so we can't promise a cancellation once you've ordered. Email kenzen@kenzen.shop straight away with your order number and we'll do what we can. If it has already shipped, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Changes to sizes, colors or items work the same way: email us as soon as possible and we'll try before the order is packed. If it's too late, you can exchange the item through our Returns Portal once it arrives.

Email us right away. We can only update the address before your order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the shipping and return costs.

Yes, guest checkout is available. An account just makes it easier to see past orders and save your address.

You'll get an order confirmation email within a few minutes. A second email with your tracking link follows when the order ships.

Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Checkout shows the options available to you. You can also pay with a KENZEN gift card or store credit by entering the code at checkout.

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

The most common reasons are a billing address that doesn't match your bank's records, an expired card, or your bank flagging the payment. Check your details, try another method, or ask your bank.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where your state requires it. Import duties are already included in the price.
